Overnights Oats

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of gluten free oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 dash cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. milled flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, cinnamon, and almond milk in a large bowl and store in a covered mason-type jar in the refridgerator overnight.

  2. In the morning top with milled flaxseed and fresh fruit.


Get creative and top with different combinations of fresh fruit, seeds, and nuts.
