Oatmeal with Banana and Blueberries

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or other nondairy milk substitute)

  • 1/2 cup of quick oats (steel-cut oats takes a bit longer to cook)

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries


Preparation

Step 1


Combine oats and almond milk in a pot over high heat.



Step 2


Stir until it comes to a simmer and desired consistency is reached.



Step 3


Poor mixture into a bowl and top with sliced bananas and blueberries.
